Old Town Iron Shop, formerly Best Metal Work Inc., has been refurbishing and repairing aluminum, steel, wrought iron, brass, bronze and other metal pieces since 2004.

Our team of licensed, insured and experienced fabricators delivers high-quality ornamental, architectural and structural metal designs. With more than 30 years of experience in the field — founder and proud US Army veteran Glenn Simmons also owned and operated Royal Iron & Aluminum Inc. from 1992 until its sale in 2001 — the shop has been awarded numerous prestigious projects in landmark buildings and elite properties. Our high standard of craftsmanship has produced a growing legacy of satisfied customers who refer us to family, friends and associates.

We have also mastered the art of replicating an aged or “Old World” appearance through distressing and custom faux and patina finishes. Sandblasting and powder coating are available, as are portable welding, repair and restoration for iron, steel, bronze, copper and aluminum pieces.
